Writing Club is a fun, friendly club for Y3-6 children run by Fiona Spence-Arnold on Tuesdays after school, from 3.15 – 4.15pm.
Since we started in September we’ve written Animal Super Hero comic stories, tried Freewriting, poetry - including entering a national poetry competition, played rhyming games, acted out book characters and started writing our own song lyrics.
Club members are encouraged to fire-up their imagination, to read out their work and to develop their confidence, skills and knowledge in all types of writing in a supportive and positive environment.
Club fees are £5 per week payable in advance each half term. This includes all resources and refreshments. Places are limited. Please contact Fiona if your child would like to come along in the new year.
