Stathern Duathlon is organised to raise money for Stathern Primary School and for young people in the village and has raised in excess of £7,000 over the last 4 years.
Stathern Primary School is a small primary school of 77 pupils that serves over eight villages around the Vale of Belvoir.
The aim of the Stathern Duathlon is to raise funds to help pay for professional sports coaching that will make our sports provision for local children even better and to support a range of our race competitor's charities through sponsorship .
The 5k Run, 18k Bike and 5k Run routes go through some amazing countryside.

This year we'd also like to welcome Belvoir Triathlon Club and their athletes to the race which they have chosen as their Club Duathlon Championships and we wish all their athletes good luck. We will be awarding prizes for the winning male and female competitors from the club and the club have offered a number of training opportunities for all entrants in the Duathlon to help you prepare for the event.
